I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adults of all backgrounds in Colorado, New York, and New Jersey. I have always been interested in helping others, and I worked and volunteered with a variety of non-profits before becoming a social worker. My experience in the non-profit sector as well as my own personal experiences in therapy eventually led me to become a therapist.

In addition to receiving an MSW from Hunter College's Silberman School of Social Work in New York, I also completed a year-long post-graduate training through the Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program at the William Alanson White Institute and hold an advanced certificate in LGBTQ healthcare. I have also been trained in other therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Exposure and Response Prevention therapy for OCD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more.

I utilize therapeutic approaches that focus on examining and shifting your relationship to unhelpful thinking patterns, clarifying values and leading a values-driven life, and developing insight into the ways in which past experiences and relationships impact the present. I also utilize exposure and response prevention to help individuals with OCD. I work with adults who are looking for help with issues such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationship challenges, or difficult transitions.

I encourage you to reach out for a free phone consultation to get started!
